Commercial Bird Control

Commercial Bird Control in Houston

Birds on your roof, signage, and loading docks mean droppings, contamination, and audit findings. We run an exclusion-first bird program — netting, deterrents, and sanitation direction — documented for your food-safety and facility audits.

Documented every visit Trend reports & device maps TDA-licensed technicians ACE & PCIQ-guided IPM

Droppings are a contamination finding

Pigeons, starlings, and sparrows do not just make a mess — their droppings are a contamination hazard on a food-safety audit, a slip-and-biohazard exposure under OSHA, and a corrosion problem for your roof and equipment.

We clear the pressure with exclusion first — netting, spikes, wire, and ledge deterrents — then document the controls so the birds, and the audit finding, do not come back.

The standards we build your program around

  • GFSI / AIB food-safety auditsBird droppings and nesting are scored contamination findings. Documented exclusion supports your audit.
  • OSHA general dutyDroppings create slip and biohazard exposure for workers. Our program helps you address it.
  • Migratory Bird Treaty ActNative birds are federally protected; pest species like pigeons and starlings are not. We use legal, humane methods and stay on the right side of the line.
  • Local health & facility codesBird pressure around food and public areas is a code issue. We document the controls.

Droppings flagged on your last audit?

Why facilities work with Sasquatch

Bird work is exclusion engineering plus paperwork. We solve the actual problem — deny the roost, seal the ledge, cut the food source — instead of installing a deterrent that looks good until the birds route around it. We use legal, humane methods, respect protected-species rules, and document the controls for your audit. TDA-licensed, ACE-/PCIQ-guided.

Frequently asked questions

Do you clean up the droppings?

No. We identify and direct the cleanup and provide a sanitation action list, but droppings cleanup is handled by your team or a specialist contractor. We do not provide cleaning services.

Is it legal to remove birds?

Pest species like pigeons, European starlings, and house sparrows are not federally protected and can be managed. Native birds are protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and we use legal, humane methods accordingly.

What does exclusion involve?

Netting, spikes, wire, ledge modifications, and rooftop proofing — physically denying birds the places they roost and nest.

Will this pass a food-safety audit?

We document the pressure, the exclusion installed, and ongoing monitoring so you can show your auditor a controlled, evidenced program.

Which facilities do you serve?

Commercial and food facilities across Harris and Montgomery County and the greater Houston area.
